Refunds & Returns Policy
At Design Portal, we specialize in delivering high-quality, instant-download digital products such as printable templates, editable PDFs, and Canva designs. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the fact that our products are digital and delivered immediately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is completed. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving a non-tangible digital product.
Exceptions — Limited Refunds
We understand that mistakes happen. If you experience one of the following issues, we may be able to offer a refund or credit within 7 days of your purchase:
- You purchased the same item twice by mistake.
- You received the wrong file or your download link was broken.
- The file is severely corrupted or cannot be opened, and we’re unable to provide a replacement.
- You were unable to access your file despite multiple attempts and contacting us for support.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Incompatibility with your device or software.
- Failure to download or use the file due to lack of knowledge.
Canva Templates
Some of our products include editable Canva templates. While many designs can be used with a free Canva account, certain templates may contain Pro elements (such as fonts, images, or graphics) that require a Canva Pro subscription or a one-time image license purchase through Canva.
Please review product descriptions carefully. We do not offer refunds if you are unable to access Pro features within Canva.

How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, please contact us at support@designportalstudio.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The product you purchased
- A brief description of the issue
We respond to all support requests within 1–2 business days.
